The point system is a system based on different criteria and allowing users to evaluate.
How are points calculated?
* Points generated by the number of posts
* Points generated by the number of topics created
* Points generated by the number of friends that the user has
* Reputation points
* Points generated by the registration date of the member
* Points generated by the number of message on his profile

Reputation system (Evaluation + "Thanks" Button)
The reputation system, as you have noticed, is a sub part of the point system. It also works with points.
Reputation is composed of items related to evaluations by users and items related to the feature "Thank you". button
How it works

The user has a reputation of 0:
And his reputation goes to 1:
And if I don't like the message
His reputation goes back to 0 :
"Thanks" button
The user earns 3 points :
So this is what points will be given..per msg/post and per subject/thread
Gain per friend : 1point
Gain per day since registration : 1point

General Football Chat - per msg=2points, per subject=5points
European Football - per msg=2points, per subject=5points
UEFA Competitions - per msg=2points, per subject=5points
World Football - per msg=2points, per subject=5points
International Football - per msg=2points, per subject=5points
Other Sports - per msg=1points, per subject=5points
Just Polls - per msg=1points, per subject=4points
Competitions - per msg=1points, per subject=3points
Music & Film Forum - per msg=1points, per subject=2points

Your Top 5 - per msg=1points, per subject=2points
